Before moving in, we’ll guide you through a comprehensive homeowner orientation walk-through to familiarize you with your new home’s features. Finally, it's time to close on your beautiful new home, marking the exciting end of this journey and the beginning of your new chapter.
Post-construction
After closing, it's time to move in and enjoy your beautiful new home. We’re committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction, so we offer a 90-day warranty care to address any immediate concerns or adjustments you may need. Additionally, you’ll receive a comprehensive one-year warranty care to ensure everything continues to meet your expectations.
